About Group Therapy
Group therapy has been an option for mental health treatment
for 50 years.  This form of therapy can help people cope with
difficulties and problems in their lives including:

  • Relationship problems
  • Self Esteem Issues
  • Anxiety related Issues
  • Depression
  • Parenting Issues
  • Separation or Divorce

In group therapy, a small number of people meet with a trained
therapist to work on their issues in addition to helping others
work on theirs.  In clinical studies, this form of therapy has been
shown to as effective, and in some cases more effective, than
